In this co-op farming community, each member wet-mills the coffee. The majority of the members still speak the indigenous language of the region. Roasted in California, U.S.A.
The coffee's acidity bright dry sensation and crispness and sharpness are light, while the mouthfeel body texture and thickness feeling on the tongue are medium.
